 I've struggled to stay motivated to complete the work to fix the service road elements. It's been tedious work compared to playing with TrueSKY 3, but here we are, time to roll up my sleeves and get the damned work finished.

Cov Phillips was right about the value of Google Earth; it is an absolute treasure for environmental art. Granted, 99.8% of its images are captured on roads, but roads go through every sort of biome, so it's not a significant limiter on usefulness.

I hope it will become less chatty after future Blender and addon updates. I raised an issue with BlenderBase, the brilliant free app that lets you install and run multiple versions of Blender. Blender 4.5.5 isn't appearing on the app after installation. I'm told by the developer that a new version is coming that has a rewritten system for registering installations. Cool!

I've encountered many CUDA errors that cause rendering to stop. I am keeping an eye on common factors and will raise a bug if It looks like the cause is an addon. To be fair, Blender 5.0.1 is coming here in a few days, and it's going to fix a few issues. Right now, TrueSKY 3 and Geoscatter are common factors, although TrueSKY received a nice update late last night. Already!?!

It seems to right itself by the time Blender starts as Engon appears to be working fine.
